Two Houses in a Park will be built in Zumikon. Clearly cut volumes in bronze-colored metal are framed by curved terrace levels of light exposed concrete. Round columns jump back and forth and rhythmize the volumes. The free form of the cantilevered levels enters into a dialogue with the surrounding trees, stretches out between them and is cut into a round shape where the treetops are close to the house.

Maximal Minimal is a project study for 5 Tiny-Houses built together. The project uses a remaining area of the plot of an old farm house and creates additional living space for up to 10 people. The project tries to generate maximum quality on minimal space and to offer an architectural added value compared to classic 2.5 bedroom apartments. An overheight hall is used flexibly either for living, dining, working or relaxing.
 

Construction start of Siewerdt Residential in January 2023. 38 apartments - eight apartments per floor - are accessed via a hotel-like entrance hall that is supplied by natural light via various air spaces.

Realization of our project Two Houses with Wooden Grid has started. On a beautiful hillside location with a view over Zurich, 12 rental apartments are being built with a very sustainable construction concept made of solid wood. The visible wooden structure with its columns and beams becomes the characteristic element and zones the apartments.

Our competition win from 2020 has received the building permit. In the K239 Residential building, 30 apartments with different configurations will be built, some of them with two-storey dining halls. Construction will start in January 2023.

Realization of the House next to the Church has been completed.

Building permit for our project Two Houses with a wooden Grid in Zurich has been submitted. There will be 12 apartments with a sustainable material concept as a hybrid in wood and concrete. The characteristic statics of the wooden structure can be experienced in all apartments.

Interior design concept for a city apartment in the old town of Nice. Terrazzo, oak and beton ciré are complemented with details in ultramarine blue as a tribute to Yves Klein.

The Falken Cafe has opened. It is located in the art nouveau building Falken Conversion in Thun converted by us. We were responsible for the overall architecture concept and interior design. More info to be found here. 

The realization of the House S is completed. 

After many years of planning and execution, our winning competition entry Falken Conversion from 2013 is completed. The building contains the representative rooms of the AEK Bank (client) as well as offices, apartments, boutiques and gastronomy. The listed Art Nouveau building was converted and an annex was added on the Aare side. 

1st price with K239 Residential at a selected competition. We will build 30 apartments at the Katzenbach quarter in Zurich.

Building permit received for Casa Grusaida. The conversion of a 60 years old house into a holiday home.

Building permit received and construction starts soon. Pergola House consists of four apartments and is located on a hill above Zurich.
