Six spacious apartment buildings occupy this park-like plot in a checkerboard pattern. The building typology is new for this context and provides extremely generous, flowing external spaces as an appropriate solution for its position on the edge of the community. The carefully placed square structures make optimum use of available sunlight for the maximum number of the 110 or so apartments, and provide attractive views of the natural environment. The four or five apartments in each building are accessed via a central vertical vestibule.
